Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Policy: Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The product cannot be exchanged after the 7-day period.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange:
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it in any way.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
  • The consumer bears the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product.
  • In the case of international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery to the shipping company.
  • If the product has a defect or an error, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

Exchange is not permitted in the following cases:

  1. If the product was custom-made or manufactured based on the consumer’s specifications, except for defective products or if they do not match the agreed-upon specifications.
  2. If the product is a video tape, CD, DVD, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, or book, or any other printed material.
  4. If the defect occurred due to consumer misuse.
  5. If the contract involves services like accommodation, transport, or catering.
  6. If the contract involves digital content or software downloads purchased online.

Return Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return a product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The product cannot be returned after the 7-day period.
  2. To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be in original condition.
  • The consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.
