Chose A Gift Store aims to reach all customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, our shipping and delivery policy is as follows:

• Delivery within Dammam and KhobarOrders are delivered within 48 hours, from Saturday to Thursday.
• If the order is placed during the weekend or holidays, delivery will not exceed 72 hours from the date and time of the order.

Delivery outside Dammam and Khobar

• Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, from Saturday to Thursday.
• If the order is placed during holidays, delivery will not exceed 2 to 6 days from the order date and time.

Delivery for Men’s Accessories, Women’s Accessories, and Home Accessories

• Orders are delivered within 2 to 14 days, from Saturday to Thursday.

Customer Communication

• The customer will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
• The delivery representative will contact the customer via call or SMS to schedule the delivery time.

Delay in Receiving the Shipment

• If the customer fails to receive the shipment within one week of its arrival to their city, the shipment will be returned to Chose A Gift online store.
• If the customer requests the order to be re-shipped, they will bear the cost of return and re-shipping.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees depend on the shipping company selected by the customer during checkout.
